HOSPITAL VISITING RULES

  1. Let's take care to comply with visiting hours. (Every day: 13:00 - 14:00 / 19:00 - 20:00)
  2. Let's take care not to bring our children under the age of 12 to the hospital environment during our visits.
  3. Let's comply with the restriction of maximum two visitors per patient during visits.
  4. Let's take care not to stay next to the patient for more than 15 minutes during visits.
  5. Let's respect each other's rights and be more careful about noise.
  6. Let's be respectful to the hospital staff and follow the rules they remind you.
  7. Those who have a cold, sore throat, flu or any other contagious disease are prohibited from visiting the patient.
  8. Taking into account the conditions of the patient himself or other patients with whom he shares his room, the nurses of the department may limit the number of visitors or visiting hours.
  9. Cell phones should be kept off in the hospital.
  10. Let's abide by the rule that no male visitors are allowed in the maternity ward. (Except spouse)

     

  11. Flowers should not be brought to hospital visits, considering patients with allegy , asthma or asthma.
  12. At the end of the visiting hour, leave the patient's rooms without waiting for the warnings of the staff.
  13. Let's not smoke in the outpatient clinics and services.
  14. Let's take care to use the service floors clean.
  15. Let's not bring food from outside when we come to visits.
  16. Let's be careful not to sit on sick beds.
RULES THAT ACCOMPANYING MUST FOLLOW
1. Visitors are not accepted outside the hours determined in order to ensure the hospital order. Thank you for your understanding on this matter.
2. The companion has to carry the companion card as long as he/she stays in the health facility.
3. It is allowed to be a companion for the patients that the physician deems necessary and a companion card is issued.
4. Each patient can have a maximum of 1 accompanying person, more than one accompanying person is not allowed.
5. Whether the companion is male or female is decided according to the condition of the patient and the service.
6. There is no companion application in the Intensive Care Unit.
7. The companion is expected to comply with all the rules of the health facility.
8. The companion must place the belongings they have brought in the cabinets shown in the clinic.

9. It is forbidden for the companion to engage in any practice without the knowledge of the doctors and nurses in terms of the patient's safety.

10. Patient care training rules given by nurses should be followed. (Hand hygiene, fall risk training)

11. The companion should inform the nurse in case he/she will leave his/her patient and in case of change of companion.

12. For safety reasons, the companion should not keep too much money or valuables with the patient and himself.

13. In order to provide a peaceful environment for the patient, the companion should not talk loudly or make noise in the patient room and service corridors.

14. In addition, the televisions in the room where the patient is staying should be used in a way that does not disturb others, and should be turned off during the doctor's visit and after 22:00.

15. The companion should not intervene, give food or drink to the patient without consulting the physician or nurse.

16. The companion should not use tobacco and alcohol in the health facility.

17. The accompanying patient should pay attention to use the room, bathroom and toilets as clean as possible.

18. The companion must benefit from the accompanying cards and the catering services of the health facility without paying a separate fee.

19. If there is any problem with your patient, you should immediately inform the nurse about the situation.

20. You must comply with the warning and warning signs in the health facility, and inform the service nurse in case of a technical problem.

21. In the absence of an emergency, do not leave your room without informing the attendant in order to follow up and get information about your patient's condition during the doctor's visit.

22. If you need to use the telephone for emergencies, inform the nurse in your service.
