1He was born on January 18, 1965 in Trabzon Akçaabat district. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Trabzon. He entered Karadeniz University Faculty of Medicine in 1984 and graduated in 1990. After working for 1 year in Bingöl province central ılıcalar health center, he was appointed to Kuşadası State Hospital in 1991. Since 2001, he has been working at Kuşadası State Hospital as Assistant Chief Physician. He completed his Master's Degree in Hospital and Health Institutions Management at Beykent University in 2014. He is married and has two children.
